Terms of Service

Last updated: August 6, 2026. These Terms of Service apply to use of the LOOIFE website and to quotes, orders, and services provided by LOOIFE. A written quote or order confirmation may include additional project-specific terms.

Quotes & Order Acceptance

Website prices and starting prices are informational. Final pricing may depend on product, quantity, decoration method, artwork, setup, production schedule, freight, delivery location, and applicable taxes. A request for a quote is not an accepted order. An order is accepted when LOOIFE provides written confirmation and any required payment or deposit is received.

Artwork, Logos & Proof Approval

• You represent that you have permission to use all submitted names, logos, artwork, trademarks, and other content.
• Electronic proofs are provided for custom orders when applicable. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, layout, colors, product details, and delivery information.
• Production begins only after required approvals and payment terms are complete. Changes after approval may add cost or time.
• Screen colors and production colors can differ. Exact color matching is available only when confirmed in writing and may require additional cost.

Production & Delivery

Production and delivery estimates begin after final artwork approval, payment, and inventory confirmation. Requested event dates are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Rush service and split shipping may be available for eligible projects. See our Shipping & Production Policy for details.

Inventory & Substitutions

Products, colors, and inventory may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable before production, we will contact you about available substitutions, schedule changes, or cancellation of the affected item.

Cancellations, Returns & Claims

Custom, decorated, and made-to-order products are generally final sale after approval. Cancellation charges may apply once artwork, materials, or production work has started. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items promptly. See our Return & Custom Order Policy.

Payment

Payment requirements and due dates appear on the quote or order confirmation. Past-due balances may delay production or delivery. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes unless valid exemption documentation is provided before invoicing.

Website Information

We work to keep website descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct errors and update information before accepting an order. Product images are representative and may not show every production variation.

Appropriate Use

You may not use the website to violate law, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that infringes another party’s rights. LOOIFE may decline projects containing unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate material.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LOOIFE’s responsibility for an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected products or services. LOOIFE is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or missed event opportunities, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.

Governing Law & Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms as our services or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above shows the most recent revision.
