Every business and custom order is reviewed for the product, decoration method, quantity, destination and required delivery date. Shipping is quoted separately and is not included in product or decoration pricing.
Production Timing
Production begins after required artwork approval and payment. Timing varies by product, quantity, inventory availability and decoration method. Your quote or order confirmation will include the current production estimate.
Shipping & Delivery
- We ship nationwide using established parcel and freight carriers.
- Shipping and freight charges are quoted separately based on the destination ZIP code, quantity, package size and weight, carrier service level and number of delivery locations.
- Product and decoration prices do not include shipping unless a written quote or order confirmation expressly states otherwise.
- Free shipping is not offered for custom or business orders. Rush, oversize, freight, multi-address and international shipments are quoted separately.
- Tracking information is provided after shipment when available.
Date-Critical & Rush Orders
Please contact us before ordering if you have an event or firm in-hands date. Rush production and expedited shipping may be available for eligible products and can involve additional charges.
Artwork Approval
Production cannot begin until required artwork and proofs are approved. Changes after approval may affect both timing and cost.
Split Shipments & Multiple Locations
Products may ship separately when they are produced at different facilities. Multi-address delivery can be quoted for eligible projects.
Chicago-Area Pickup
Local pickup may be available by prior arrangement. Please wait for pickup confirmation before visiting.
